🎂 Medicare
Turning 65? Let's make Medicare simple.
Medicare doesn't have to be confusing. We specialize in helping people just like you navigate their options — in English or Spanish.
Important: Collazo Financial Group is not affiliated with or endorsed by Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any government agency. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent multiple organizations which offer Medicare products. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), TTY users: 1-877-486-2048, 24 hours a day/7 days a week, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.

We Walk You Through Every Step
From your Initial Enrollment Period to Annual Enrollment — we're with you. We'll explain your options in plain language, compare plans side by side, and help you enroll with confidence.
As an independent agent, we work with multiple carriers to find the plan that fits your needs — not ours.
Medicare Plan Options
Medicare is divided into four parts — A, B, C, and D. We'll help you understand which combination is right for you.
Part A — Hospital Insurance
Covers inpatient hospital stays, skilled nursing facility care, hospice, and some home health care. Most people pay no monthly premium for Part A if they or their spouse paid Medicare taxes while working.
Ask about Part A →Part B — Medical Insurance
Covers outpatient care, doctor visits, preventive services, lab tests, and durable medical equipment. Part B requires a standard monthly premium that can be deducted from your Social Security check.
Ask about Part B →Part C — Medicare Advantage
An all-in-one alternative to Original Medicare, offered by private insurance companies approved by Medicare. These plans bundle Part A and Part B coverage — and almost always include Part D. Many also offer extra benefits like dental, vision, hearing, and fitness programs.
Ask about Part C →Part D — Prescription Drug Coverage
Adds prescription drug coverage to Original Medicare. These standalone plans are run by private insurance companies approved by the federal government. Each plan has its own formulary (list of covered drugs), so we'll review your medications and find the plan that covers your drugs at the lowest cost.
Ask about Part D →You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone
Medicare enrollment can feel overwhelming — there are dozens of plans, confusing deadlines, and penalties for missing windows. That's why we're here.
We sit down with you (in person, by phone, or video), review your medications, doctors, and budget, and match you with the best plan. Our service is free — we're paid by the insurance carriers, not you.
"No fuss, call Gus."
